Hello! 
I am a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor and find great joy in the everyday process of working and walking alongside people as they process all of what life can entail.
My approach to therapy relies on establishing a collaborative relationship to sustain a supportive environment as goals are identified and worked towards all for a greater quality of life. 
I have experience working with individuals experiencing difficult transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief across the age spectrum. I work primarily with adults.
I enjoy learning about and traveling to different cultures, life above the alpine, cycling, soccer, being around water, and watching sunflowers grow. And I look forward to meeting you!
